	Natalia put together a complicated recruitment process, I was in Italy rather than the US and it had to happen very quickly, but it all worked out. The job was everything she promised and I've enjoyed it so much I'm extending my contract. In addition Natalia has been extremely supportive ever since I've been here, introducing me to people upon arrival, periodically staying in contact with me over the course of the year - even helping out (late at night over IM) with translations for holiday gifts I got for my co-workers.
